Consent Training Day 2013
The AAPT are pleased to announce the date for the 2013 Consent Training Day in liaison with the Human Tissue Authority. This has been organised on a strictly first come first served basis and will be held on Friday 12th April 2013 in London at 12 Coldbath Square.
By the end of the training day, participants will:
• Have knowledge of the HTA Codes for Consent
• have knowledge of the post mortem consent process
• have practical experience of dealing with consent issues
• be able to facilitate the consent process with N.O.K and clinician
• be able to inform their Trust of consent procedures and best practice
• be able to help set up a consent process
