Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016
The consultation on the new cremation regulations for Scotland being created under the Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016 is now available.
The consultation also includes revised Form A for cremation and cremation register entries. Forms A2 and A3 may be of particular interest as they relate to cremation after a still-birth or pregnancy loss.
