AAPT events April 2020 - postponed

For the following reasons, we have taken the difficult decision to rearrange the forthcoming DVI and consent training days

• Instances of COVID-19 infection are rising and are likely to peak in April
• Once we enter the ‘delay phase’ of the response, Government advice is likely to include social-distancing measures, including avoiding unnecessary public transport
• Mortuary staff at all levels are already involved in planning for the effects of this virus outbreak, and this involvement is likely to increase in line with its severity

We have decided to act now in order to give as much notice as possible, in the hope that attendees’ travel plans can changed. Any attendees that have already booked will be transferred to the rescheduled dates, or can request a refund.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but I am sure you understand why we are taking these steps.
