Review of Coroner Reforms
On 15 October, the Ministry of Justice launched its post-implementation review of the coroner reforms in the Coroners and Justice Act 2009.
Coroner’s officers and administrative staff are also welcome to respond to the review and they can contribute by completing the general Call for Evidence available at https://consult.justice.gov.uk/digital-communications/post-implementation-review-of-coroner-reforms
